Bill Curry

For more than 40 years, Bill Curry's inspirational messages have mesmerized audiences. Using a commanding, passionate, and often humorous delivery, he connects with each listener, leaving a profound impression every time he speaks. Bill's is an old-school message regarding “Great Traits” is delivered with contemporary flair.
Bill was a two-time Super Bowl Champion and played in two NFL Pro Bowls. As an NCAA coach, Bill was named National Coach of the Year at Alabama and later became the first head football coach ever at Georgia State. As an ESPN commentator, he regularly shared his thoughts with a worldwide audience of millions.

Philip Becker 
  Philip B.W Becker is the founder of Becker Properties in San Antonio, TX. He has been a REALTOR® since 2009, and was named the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR)  Rookie of the Year in 2010. He is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, and his appointments include SABOR Board of Directors  and the  Texas CRS Chapter Board of Directors. He was named the Texas CRS Chapter’s 2013 CRS of the Year, and was also listed in REALTOR® magazine’s “30 under 30” feature 2014. Philip is a Golden R major investor in RPAC and a member of the RPAC President’s Circle. Philip currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee and as the 2016 National Hair for YPN. 
 Nobu Hata   Nobu Hata is the National Association of REALTORS®’ Director of Digital Engagement. An industry veteran since 1996, Nobu is a student of marketing, communications trends, social media, and technology in the real estate industry, having implemented and adapted various cutting edge techniques to his successful brick and mortar business in Minneapolis, Minnesota for Edina Realty until July 2012.  

An accidental speaker, instructor, and volunteer member leader since 2009 (NAR YPN, Communications, Equal Opportunity/Diversity, Strategic Planning Committees), Nobu brings to NAR a skill set that includes insight and context of agent, brokerage, and association issues up the pipeline, and delivers value-added information down, both in-person and through the digital domain.


Corbett Lunsford
  Corbett Lunsford started the home performance analysis company Green Dream Group with his wife Grace just as the Great Recession was starting, and has learned a lot from the school of hard knocks. He vividly remembers feeling stressed out and alone as technical and business challenges loomed. He'd be delighted for you to learn from his mistakes and succeed wildly in the use of home performance testing. His mission is to package performance testing so it can be easily understood and utilized by professionals and consumers alike. 

Corbett is the founder of Green Dream Group's Building Performance Workshop, and hosts the Building Performance Podcast, which features interviews with the superstars of the building performance industry. He is the author of Home Performance Diagnostics: the Guide to Advanced Testing, and the developer of the APT Reports software tool. 

For six years, Corbett also served as Executive Director of the non-profit Illinois Association of Energy Raters (now known as the Midwest Home Performance Association). Most well-known internationally for the high-quality technical videos his company produces, Corbett is also the co-host of the 2017 television show Home Diagnosis and the 2016 Proof Is Possible US Tour. In addition to the hundreds of high, middle, and low-income comprehensive home performance analyses he has performed, Corbett has keynoted for the Thermal Imaging Conference, InfraMation, and Habitat for Humanity Michigan. He's presented at conferences including the International Builders Show (IBS), Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), Better Buildings: Better Business, National Healthy Homes, Habitat X, RESNET, Affordable Comfort (ACI), EEBA, and Green Festival. 


Dr. Debbie Phillips 

Debbie Phillips is an entrepreneur and management professional with more than 25 years of experience specializing in the real estate industry. Before forming her own company The Quadrillion, an international consulting firm in 1997, Dr. Phillips served as Vice President for two national real estate firms. 

In addition to her private consulting, Debbie is currently serving as Executive Director for the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation and is the  lead instructor for the organization’s college programs in Residential Property Management. Dr. Phillips has consulted multi-family developers/owners and operators on ways to drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction. She has also been instrumental in developing performance models, training platforms and branding campaigns for top tier organizations. Debbie serves on various boards related to housing and workforce development including career awareness in real estate management.

Debbie completed her Ph.D. from Georgia Tech, where her research focused on Resident Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. Her current research focuses in the areas of talent management, generational preferences and work force development initiatives. Debbie also holds a Master of Science degree in Housing & Consumer Economics, with an emphasis in Seniors Housing, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Journalism, both from the University of Georgia.

 Ed Riggins   Over the course of a commercial real estate career now spanning 4 decades, Ed Riggins has advised organizations ranging in size from start-up professional services firms to Global 1,000 companies. He is among less than 1% of practitioners who have both the SOIR & CCIM designation, holds a degree in Industrial Management from Auburn University, and has completed the Karrass and Harvard programs on negotiation. He has received further training in personal insight and mindfulness-based stress reduction, as well as improv and standup comedy. Ed's leadership skills are most valuable in environments where consensus building is challenged because of the need to deal with multiple stakeholders. His practice is national. 

Known simply as "Riggo" by many of his students, Ed Riggins has 3 simple goals as an instructor:
Sharing hard-won wisdom that can be put immediately into practice 
Creating an environment for students to learn from each other 
Demonstrating that you can do very serious work without taking yourself too seriously.


Seth Weissman
  Seth G. Weissman is dedicated to helping protect real estate agents and brokers whenever legal problems arise. He has spent his career representing brokers, agents, developers, builders, lenders, and corporate and institutional property owners with respect to their real estate and legal needs. 

Seth serves as General Counsel to the Georgia REALTORS®. He earned his law degree from Duke University, and holds a master's degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina. In addition to his legal work, Seth is a Professor of City Planning in the College of Architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Having practiced law for over 30 years, Seth is particularly adept at developing and implementing strategies to solve the most difficult legal problems of his clients. 


Craig Wilburn 
  Craig Wilburn (CRS, GRI) is CEO of Keller Williams of Gainesville, FL. He has been selling real estate in Gainesville and the surrounding counties for almost 15 years. He also leads Gainesville’s TOP Real Estate Team, Team Dynamo, and gets more than 90% of his new clients from satisfied past client referrals. 

In his first full year in business, Craig was in the Top 5% of all real estate agents in Gainesville and has been in the Top 1% every year since. 
Craig has served as the President of the Gainesville Association of REALTORS® and the District Vice President of Florida REALTORS®. In his career, Craig has closed over $200 million in Sales Volume and helped over 1,000 people buy, sell and invest in Real Estate. 

He takes an active role in supporting local charities, such as The Bread of the Mighty Food Bank, the Child Advocacy Center, Alachua County Habitat for Humanity and others. Craig is a featured speaker at various business and sales development organizations.
