Q. I have already registered. How do I add a ticket for the President’s Inaugural Gala and/ or the Awards Luncheon to my registration?

A. Call Erica Sears, Meetings Manager at 678-597-4136.

           

Q. What is the deadline to buy tickets for the Gala and Awards Luncheon?

A. January 18, after that, if available, you can purchase tickets at the GAR Registration Desk at the Inaugural Conference.

 

 Q. How do I cancel a registration?

A. All cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to esears@garealtor.com or faxed to 770-458-6992. Due to contract obligations, no refunds will be given after January 18.

 

Q. How do I transfer a registration?

A. Call Erica Sears at 678-597-4136. After January 18 you may transfer the registration at the GAR Registration Desk at the Inaugural Conference.

 

Q. Where will the events be held?

A. All events will be held at the Omni Grove Park Inn, located at 290 Macon Ave, Asheville NC 28804.

To receive the link to reserve your room you must be registered for the conference.  Anyone reserving a room without being registered will be moved out of the GAR block to the regular rate of $269 or higher depending on room type.

 

Q. How much is parking at the Omni Grove Park Inn?

A. Parking fees:

Self Parking - $15 per day

Valet - $22 for overnight guests booked under the conference dates

There is also a $10 resort fee per night
