Philip Becker 
  Philip Becker is the founder of Becker Properties in San Antonio, TX. He has been a REALTOR® since 2009, and was named the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) Rookie of the Year in 2010. He is a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, and his appointments include SABOR Board of Directors and the Texas CRS Chapter Board of Directors. He was named the Texas CRS Chapter’s 2013 CRS of the Year, and was also listed in REALTOR® magazine’s “30 under 30” feature 2014. Philip is a Golden R major investor in RPAC and a member of the RPAC President’s Circle. Philip currently serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee and as the 2016 National Hair for YPN. 
 Adorna Carroll   Adorna Carroll - DSA, ABR/M, SRS, CRB, CIPS, SRES, SFR, GRI, PMN, ePRO
Adorna Carroll is the Vice-President and Owner/Broker of Realty3 CT, a large multi-office firm in Connecticut.  In addition to troubleshooting agent field issues, Adorna is responsible for the firm’s policies/procedures, technology infrastructure and strategic initiatives.  Her team continues to represent and refer buyer and seller clients.

Adorna is the President of Dynamic Directions, Inc. an educational and sales training consulting firm.  In addition to being an international speaker and sales trainer in the area of Association Leadership Training, Strategic & Business Planning, Agency Relationships and Buyer Representation, Adorna has been named to the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC’s) Hall of Fame and is a founding partner and co-author of the SRS – Seller Representative Specialist designation course, owned by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers – CRB and now in NAR’s family of designations.

In 1997 she completed her term as the State President for the CT Association of REALTORS®,, was the 2001 Region 1 Vice President, an NAR Liaison in 2002, 2003, and 2007, RPAC Trustee in 2004, the 2005 NAR VP & Liaison to Committees, NAR’s Chief Political Fundraiser in 2006, a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame, is on the Leadership Team of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers and is the 79th recipient of NAR’s Distinguished Service Award.

Adorna has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and has been awarded five Who’s Who awards beginning with “Who’s Who of American Women,” “Finance and Industry,” “Emerging Leaders,” “Who’s Who in the East,” and “Who’s Who in America.”


Carl Carter Jr.
  Carl Carter is the son of REALTOR® Beverly Carter. Beverly’s life was tragically ended by two individuals posing as clients in 2014. Since his mother's passing, Carl has earned his real estate license and dedicated as much time as possible to spreading the message of safety. Carl has earned a BBA and MBA from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, AR. Carl is a Certified Franklin Covey Facilitator, a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certified Facilitator, and an Achieve Global Educator. He is also licensed life and health agent appointed with Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where he has worked for almost 19 years.
 Bob Harris   Bob has 25+ years (oops “30+ years!) experience with associations, chambers and other nonprofits.  His seminars are interactive, focused on core-knowledge and organizational (realistic) capacity.  He utilizes case studies, trends and headlines for board orientation, training, strategic planning, staff training and consulting.  He is the author of Association Management 101 Online©; creator of the Association Self-Auditing Process© and co-author of “Building an Association Management Company. 

Rich Hart
  Rich Hart, ABR, GRI, CIPS, e-PRO, QSC, has been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years, owner of three businesses and is a prominent REALTOR®. With degrees in Business Management and Marketing, he has established a strong reputation as a coach and consultant in the real estate, business development, marketing, and business technology arenas. He works to establish and develop practices that guide both personal and business decisions to greater levels of success. He believes that today’s ever increasing and rapidly changing real estate business environment has put new demands on the entrepreneurial REALTOR®.  

Nobu Hata
  Nobu Hata is the National Association of REALTORS®’ Director of Digital Engagement. An industry veteran since 1996, Nobu is a student of marketing, communications trends, social media, and technology in the real estate industry, having implemented and adapted various cutting edge techniques to his successful brick and mortar business in Minneapolis, Minnesota for Edina Realty until July 2012.  An accidental speaker, instructor, and volunteer member leader since 2009 (NAR YPN, Communications, Equal Opportunity/Diversity, Strategic Planning Committees), Nobu brings to NAR a skill set that includes insight and context of agent, brokerage, and association issues up the pipeline, and delivers value-added information down, both in-person and through the digital domain.
 Melanie McLane   Melanie McLane is a practicing appraiser, broker and educator. With more than 34 years in the business, she has vast experience in all aspects of real estate.  She devotes most of her time to real estate teaching, writing and consulting, but keeps her real estate and appraiser licenses active and continues to list, sell, and appraise. A graduate of Kenyon College, she holds the following designations: ABR, CRB, CRS, ePRO, GREEN, GRI, RAA, RSPS, SRES and SRS. Melanie is an AQB certified USPAP Instructor, and also teaches many REBAC courses, from ABR to RSPS.  In 2008, she was inducted into the REBAC Instructor Hall of Fame. 

Melanie lives near Williamsport, in Central Pennsylvania and would welcome any and all inquiries about her new grandchild, Cayson.

 Linda Olson   Linda has been an active commercial REALTOR® since 2005 specializing in all non-residential property types. Linda is a course author and instructor and is on the Florida REALTOR® faculty. Linda has been writing and teaching continuing education courses since 2010. These courses are centered on Environmental Concerns, Green/Energy Efficiency, and Commercial Real Estate.  

Linda’s brings a unique perspective to the real estate field as she also has 20+ years of experience as an environmental consultant working on projects throughout Florida. For more than 10 years Linda was actively involved with the local Home Builders and Contractors Association allowing her to gain important contacts and knowledge on “green” building techniques and improving a home’s energy efficiency. Linda’s experience includes assisting Owners and Buyers regarding the intricacies of developing/ optimizing/selling and buying environmentally-challenged property.

Sher Powers
  Sher Powers, CRS, e-Pro, is the Managing Broker of a Micro-Firm. She coaches residential real estate investors from purchase to sale of residential real estate, and averages 30 renovations per year with her clients, along with buy and hold rentals, and working with retail buyers and sellers. An investor herself, Sher started her first renovation project over 20 years ago, and has since completed and sold more than 100 of her own partnership projects. She continues to build her own rental portfolio. Sher obtained her real estate license 17 years ago, and seven years ago, she established her own niche firm, Urbane Residential Specialists, which serves the Greater Nashville, Tennessee area. Sher currently serves on her local board as President-Elect, as well as on committees at the state and national level. She is also a passionate advocate for homeowner rights and participates in RPAC as a Golden R President's Circle. 
 Mike Selvaggio   Mike Selvaggio entered the real estate business since 1975. He is a licensed Broker and REALTOR® in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He sells and list homes and actively markets new home communities. A graduate of the University of Baltimore with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Mike works in his major. He was named REALTOR® of the Year in 1990 for the state of Delaware and his local Board. Mike served as the President of the Delaware Association of REALTORS® and the President of his local board. His two most exciting professional accomplishments were earning the CRS and CCIM designations. He thoroughly enjoys educational sessions with other real estate professionals.  

Mike is a Senior Instructor with the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, and served as the 2008 National President of the Council of Residential Specialists.  He is also one of five nationally certified Ninja Selling Instructors. He has taught thousands of REALTORS® throughout the United States, Spain, Canada, and the Bahamas.  

Mike Selvaggio, a REALTOR® since 1975, has made a career-long commitment to education. He continues to coach agents.
 Hagan Stone   Hagan Stone, REALTOR®, ABR, CRS, of Pilkerton REALTORS® in Nashville, serves as 2017 NAR RPAC Trustees Fundraising Committee Chair.
 Hagan has previously served as 2016 Division 2 Vice President for the Tennessee Association of REALTORS® (TAR), President of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS® (2014). He is a recipient of the Nashville Emerging Leader Award for RE Services (2014) and the GNAR Realtor® of the Year Award (2010), and is a graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy (2010).

When it comes to his approach to real estate, Hagan credits his father’s influence. “He has been a small-business owner and entrepreneur for fifty years. The greatest lessons he has taught me have been accepting hard work, taking leaps of faith and never settling for the status quo.”  Born in Nashville, reared in Clarksville, Tenn., which he considers home and a 20-year Nashville resident, Hagan is a proud Tennessean who also loves to travel and experience different cultures and customs. He is a 1996 graduate of Belmont University with a bachelor’s in Communications Studies and a minor in History. He and his wife, Laura (a nurse practitioner at Tri-Star Centennial Hospital), are the parents of Catherine, 11, and Dawson, 9.


Seth Weissman
  Seth G. Weissman is dedicated to helping protect real estate agents and brokers whenever legal problems arise. He has spent his career representing brokers, agents, developers, builders, lenders, and corporate and institutional property owners with respect to their real estate and legal needs. 

Seth serves as General Counsel to the Georgia REALTORS®. He earned his law degree from Duke University, and holds a master's degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina. In addition to his legal work, Seth is a Professor of City Planning in the College of Architecture at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Having practiced law for over 30 years, Seth is particularly adept at developing and implementing strategies to solve the most difficult legal problems of his clients. 

Craig Wilburn
  Craig Wilburn (CRS, GRI) is CEO of Keller Williams of Gainesville, FL. He has been selling real estate in Gainesville and the surrounding counties for almost 15 years. He also leads Gainesville’s TOP Real Estate Team, Team Dynamo, and gets more than 90% of his new clients from satisfied past client referrals. In his first full year in business, Craig was in the Top 5% of all real estate agents in Gainesville and has been in the Top 1% every year since. Craig has served as the President of the Gainesville Association of REALTORS® and the District Vice President of Florida REALTORS®. In his career, Craig has closed over $200 million in Sales Volume and helped over 1,000 people buy, sell and invest in Real Estate. He takes an active role in supporting local charities, such as The Bread of the Mighty Food Bank, the Child Advocacy Center, Alachua County Habitat for Humanity and others. Craig is a featured speaker at various business and sales development organizations.
