The Georgia REALTOR® Institute - an exciting educational program, which leads to the nationally recognized GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation.  It provides practical real estate training for the new and seasoned practitioner. Candidates must complete 90 hours of classroom instruction taken in either the week-long school, or in a series of two day modules or a web-based course, (or a combination fo these methods).  Candidates must also pass the exams and be an active member to receive the designation. Continuing education, salesperson postlicense and broker prelicense credits are given for these classroom taught and online courses.
