Board Services
GAR is committed to establishing and maintaining direct positive relationships with local Boards/Associations of REALTORS®. Board Services communicates various policies, regulations and guidelines established by NAR to local Boards. Support is provided through attendance at local Board orientations, local Board meetings, Association Executive meetings and assisting with Board of Choice/Organizational Standards.
In order to enhance and protect the REALTOR® image, Board Services is focused on educating the officers and staff of local Boards/Associations, brokerage offices, and the public regarding the National Association of REALTORS®' strict Code of Ethics.
Member Services
On a continuing basis, the Association develops new products and services to meet member needs. Selected marketing programs are developed and maintained to benefit the members as well as generate revenue. By generating revenue, it ensures members of the lowest possible Association dues. GAR member services are monitored to ensure product and service effectiveness.
Contract Forms
The latest version of the GAR Standard Forms was released in January 2007. GAR Forms may be purchased by current GAR Realtor® Members, Member Boards, Non-REALTOR® licensees, Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) approved schools and attorneys who are GAR Affiliate Members. GAR Forms are not sold to the public. The Forms are available on-line and via software. For more information, click here.
