Registration Includes: A full registration includes all education sessions, committee meetings, the Grand Opening Cocktail Party (cash bar), Thursday morning coffee break, Thursday evening dance party (cash bar) and the Continental Breakfast on Saturday. Please note: a registration does not include the Awards Luncheon ticket or President’s Inaugural Gala ticket. These events are separate events outside of the full registration fee.
Pre-registration is closed. You may register when you arrive at the Inaugural Meeting.

Ticket Sales:
- Tickets for the Awards Luncheon and President’s Inaugural Gala are sold on a first-come, first serve basis and end on January 20, 2012. If you need a ticket to the Awards Luncheon or Gala post a notice on the bulletin board in the registration area of the Inaugural Meeting so those attendees who are selling their ticket(s) may contact you.
- Guest tickets for the Grand Opening Cocktail Party and Thursday Night Party are available on-site.
- ALL SALES FINAL AFTER JANUARY 20, 2012
Transfer Policy:
- GAR does have a transfer policy that allows a member who needs to cancel the opportunity to transfer his or her registration to another person.
- The transferee pays the original registrant for the registration.
- Only the individual transferee is authorized to pick up the registration packet.
- Transfers cannot be completed without a completed form and a non-refundable service charge of $25.00.
- Transfers are accepted on-site as well as prior to the Inaugural Meeting.
