Purpose:
The Bylaws and Policy Committee shall prepare such revisions or amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws and the Policy and Procedures Manuals of the Georgia Association and shall prepare official resolutions and proclamations as directed by the President, the Executive Committee or the Board of Directors.
