GAR has previously offered our forms for sale on hard copies or “slicks”. We have noticed an enormous drop in the popularity and necessity of these printed forms as more and more brokers and agents rely on one of our software vendors to supply them with internet-based or software-based GAR forms. As a result of the rapid decline in sales of our slicks, we have decided to discontinue them. We will provide a disk of PDF file only for:
- $300.00 for a licensed agent who is not a REALTOR® member
- $150.00 for an affiliate
You can download the order form on our Web site by clicking on "GAR Contract Forms" under the Member Services link on the homepage. Go to "Contract Forms FAQ" and the link to download the form will be on the right-hand side of the page.
With the arrival of the 2008 forms, all use of the old (2007 version) forms must cease by January 31, 2008. According to the licensing agreement, usage should stop, “Thirty days after the release of a later dated printing of the Forms, the license granted herein to use any earlier dated printings of the Forms shall be revoked." The forms were released on January 1, 2008 so the old license is revoked as of January 31, 2008.

Who may purchase GAR Forms? Top
A. GAR Forms will be provided to current GAR Realtor® Members. GAR Forms may be purchased by Non-Realtor® licensees, Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) approved schools and attorneys who are GAR Affiliate Members. GAR Forms are not sold to the public.

A. No. GAR Forms are sold only in complete sets.
Q. How do I order the slicks version of the GAR Forms? Top
A. Slicks are no longer available. To order a CD of PDF's only, download the order form, fill it out, and send it back to us by mail or fax. Please note that all new forms will be released January 1st of every year.

A. To order the software version, please contact the software vendor of your choice from the list of GAR-approved vendors. A list of the software vendors can be found here. (Note: GAR is not responsible for any GAR Forms software products. All software inquiries, sales and technical support must be handled directly with the vendor.)
