Regular registration fee - $189 online between July 28, 2012 - August 17, 2012
On-site registration fee - $229 on-site September 5 – 8

Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellations prior to August 17, 2012 will reflect a $40.00 service charge.
Due to contract obligations, no refunds will be given after August 17, 2012.
All meeting cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to the GAR office.

Transfer Policy:
GAR does have a transfer / assignment policy that allows a member who needs to cancel to transfer his and her registration to another person.

A transfer cannot be completed without this form and a non-refundable service charge of $25.00.
Only the individual transferee is authorized to pick up the registration packet.
Photography Waiver:
Portions of this GAR meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for various purposes, including reporting, promotion, archival, or sale and distribution. By registering, individuals agree that GAR and/or anyone acting on their behalf may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in any portion of the meeting. Furthermore, individuals agree that GAR may use these photographs and/or recordings without additional approval or permission and without compensation.
