- The rate for GAR is $169 single rate or $189 double rate, plus $3 occupancy fee and tax (subject to change), 9% state and 4% city.
- For each additional adult in the room, you will be charged $30 per night.
- Your room rate includes free WiFi, $10.00 per day parking rate (reduced from $35.00 for GAR) and 10% discount on restaurants inside the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
- The deadline for booking your hotel room at the special GAR rate is August 4, 2012. Rooms are not guaranteed to be available at the GAR group rate after August 4th and rooms are based on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly suggest attendees book their hotel room as soon as possible to guarantee lodging at the headquarters hotel. At the present time, no overflow hotel has been established.
- One night’s deposit will be required at the time you make your reservation. The deposit is refundable up to three (3) days in advance of your arrival date. If you must check-out on an early date notify the Hotel Guest Service Department at or before check-in to avoid the early checkout fee.
All Annual Convention and Trade Expo activities will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
