Pending Sales Surge in April; Prices Continue Upward Trend

Pending sales increased by 26 percent in April, and home prices across Georgia continued to climb higher, with a 31 percent increase in median sales price. Percent of original price received increased by four percent, inventory continued its slide with a 30 percent decrease year over year.
